Elayne N. Kinney, MBA, CPA

Elayne began her career as an accountant in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and worked in public accounting for 10 years as an auditor and tax specialist. For the past 10 years, Elayne has worked as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer for companies in both Pennsylvania and Arizona. She is dedicated to helping clients make intelligent financial decisions and ethically minimize tax liability. 

Her patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard, respect and integrity. 

Elayne  earned a Bachelor's degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She later continued her academic pursuits and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Elayne is currently licensed in Arizona as a Certified Public Accountant.

Elayne is also active in a number of professional organizations including the American Instiute of Certified Public Accountants,  Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants,  Arizona Society of Women Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Notaries.

In her spare time,  Elayne enjoys riding her horses, Cisco and Hooch, boating on Apache Lake and riding ATV's. She has been married to her husband Dan for 15 years and enjoys the company of 3 American Bull Dogs: Ottis, Butterkup and Chunks.      

Rita K. Pauly, Senior Staff Accountant              

Rita has over 30 years experience in the accounting field. Her experience ranges from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Payroll, Benefits Administration including Health and Dental Insurance, Long and Short term Disability, Flex Spending Accounts, Preparation of FInancial Analysis and Financial Statements, Individual and Business Taxes and Auditing to name just a few of her talents.  

She is very familiar with all areas of accounting applications, office management, personnel and customer training.  In addition, Rita boasts a data entry speed of 66WPM with a 2% error rate and 10 Key at over 15,000 keystrokes per hour with 1% error rate.
